I had a phenomenal experience with Pitel Septic and will be using them for all future septic services. From my initial phone call their customer service was immediately something that stood out to me. I called first thing in the morning and the dispatcher was friendly, helpful, and accommodated me on short notice given a somewhat urgent situation. Not only did the service team get out to my house during the time window that I was told, they were incredibly helpful, professional, and patiently answered all of my questions. Being new to a mound system, they explained how to manage my system and clearly have high integrity. A different company probably could have taken advantage of my ignorance but Pitel is clearly trustworthy. It is becoming rarer to find companies like this. You have made a loyal customer in me and I'm very thankful to have found a great company to rely upon for many years to come. Highly recommend!
